A convenient add-on, not a separate trip
These are simple, well-defined jobs that don't need a specialty trade -- but they do need to actually get scheduled. Since we're already local and already coming out for doors, bundling a handyman task onto the same visit (or booking it on its own) saves you from coordinating a second appointment with someone else.
What the visit involves
TV mounting: bracket selection appropriate for your wall and TV size, secure mounting into studs, and cable management. Lock changes: hardware matched to your door, re-keying or full replacement, and a function test on every key provided.
