It is only shared with the technician assigned to your job (so they know where to go and what to do) and with service providers we use to operate this site (such as our database host and email/WhatsApp delivery providers), solely to deliver the service you requested.

Data retention

We keep job and customer records for as long as reasonably needed for business, warranty, and legal record-keeping purposes.
